Fourth Stakes win of year for son of Farhh

Tribalist lands the Listed Prix Tantieme at Saint-Cloud

Tribalist, Farhh’s brilliant four-year-old son, continued his excellent season on Friday, 17 November when winning the Listed Prix Tantieme. Run over a mile at Saint-Cloud on very testing ground, he cruised to the front in the straight and despite getting tired, hung on well to record an easy win over Anthorus (Territories).

Tribalist, who has a possible option of the G1 Hong Kong Mile next month, has now won four Stakes races in 2023 after victories in the G2 Prix du Muguet, G3 Prix Edmond Blanc and G3 Prix Bertrand du Breuil.

Bred by Car Colston Hall Stud, Tribalist is a son of the Nathaniel mare Fair Daughter, a half-sister to G1 Racing Post Trophy hero Crowded House.

Farhh has the impressive record of 16% Stakes performers to runners and 8% Stakes winners to runners. Tribalist was Classic-placed over a mile last season and adds to King Of Change and Fonteyn, both G1 winners over the same distance. He stands at Dalham Hall Stud in 2024.
